Hey gibinmathew, I'm not a dealer, to complain the issue to me!! Check with the dealer from where u took the connection & check whether u submitted the required documents. Docomo is very strict in the procedure. FYI, My connection was activated within 10minutes, PROMISE. (in Hyderabad)

My connection never Brokedown in the last 3 years. When anything happens the Service guys attends them immediately.
