I have been facing problems with BC service since more than a year. I have been postponing to shift other service providers for a long time.
On most weekends the internet breaks down many times. After 10 am on wards I can rarely browse. Now they have been sending SMSses of planned shutdown for maintenance, moving to new facility, LEVEL 3 data center etc which is very irritating.
Now their customer service takes at least 3 minutes to pick up the phone. They have added an option to delay the call like "if u r an existing customer press 1" , then it takes minimum of 2 minutes for the executive to pickup the phone.
In the meantime they play some meaningless irritating music . Why can't they put some good music, so that at least we can enjoy for just 2 minutes.
DONT GO WITH BEAM CABLE. Please suggest some new cable operator around Koti area.
