Although you didn't mention a Lot about exactly the movie, its story, its great acting both by the child star and mother. I loved it since it was a genuine review, I do miss Marathi movies, those were the days.. Have you seen SHWAAS ?? do watch it and look at what that director has done in su...ch a small budget and publicity. always, ParagRead More

Hi Arundhati, Hats off to your story on of the most prolific player India has produced and I am so proud to say I was born in Tendulkar's ERA. I Pray to god that Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar should get all the deserving respect from the media and all the Fans when HE calls quits. I dont want Sa...chin to go the way Dada went (Humiliated by his teammates and coach). Superb stuff written by you .. Even if you wrote so nicely there is ONE GUY on MS who will give Not Useful rating .. dont mind him.. Keep loving Sachin he needs all of us.. and he Knows How to make runs.. always, Parag Read More

Yesterday I saw 'Being Cyrus' I thought it had a very very very predictable suspense, I could guess everything, but Boman is worth watching.. Today I will be going for 'Iqbal' (atlast released here in SIngapore on public demand) Tomorrow its 'Crash' :) 3 nights 3 movies hehehe.. I must agre...e that 'racism' exists everywhere in India too. Specially amongst South and North India. Even in our movies every community is projected doing the same Age Old tasks or characters.. Example: Marathi guys/Girls are always shown as Naukar/Naukrani as if All Marathi are like that Any Parsi is always shown with a Fat wife driving a vintage car.. (pathetic)..Deven Verma plays this part to perfection.. are all Parsis like that ? Look at Boman Irani ? All South Indians are always depicted as comedians after Mehmood did that wonderful role in Padosan WHY ? only Company movie (RGV) had guts to present the Mumbai Commisioner decently.. When will indian cinema grow-up Nik ?? always, ParagRead More

13. How do you explain Rahul Dravid's batting in test matches is so slow that he brings down the run rate to 1.5 with a strike rate of 30, I remember in the previous test, when we started to chase the target with sachin and Dhoni on crease they both made runs so fast that it seemed possible to win (...only if Dravid earlier had made runs a little faster). We all know Dravid is Great player but nothing wrong in taking the run rate from 1.5 to 2.5 or 3 right ?? 14. Why can opposition coach find our batsmen's weakest links ? why cant Indian coaches find opposite teams weakest links .. or is it that our bowlers (even after instructing) cannot bowl to the coaches expectations? Test Cricket is all about showing your class, determination, planning for all the 5 days, which our team completely lacked. Its not one thing that brings about disaster, its a sequence of small small things, which gives us such adverse effect. always, ParagRead More

In a city like Pune-Mumbai, or indeed any big city in India, running a restaurant successfully is not very difficult. Don't get me wrong. I don't mean people like Mahesh Lunch Home have it easy. Running a restaurant is hard work. But it is a business which rewards those who work smart (and hard)...Read more

Please dont mind.. But I didn't like the point of view from a FATHER saying 'I had contacts in Navy and Customs Duty was settled' By settled if you suggest that it was 'DULY PAID BY YOU' then I appretiate.. But if settled means 'Under the Table' then It seems wrong.. If you want expensive... Gifts, pull yourself to Pay the Customs Duty coming along with it.. Dont encourage corruption in Customs (which is already a screwed dept). You being the Father LEAD BY EXAMPLE.. Anyways You got your Gift enjoy it :) always, ParagRead More

Its sad to see Chappel behaving this way in media and get away just with a warning from the board. But like everybody is suggesting Tendu and Dravid must do something.. I remember Tendu had already supported Dada earlier.. and people started bad mouthing Tendu.. Some quotes said ' Tendu is suppo...rting Dada since next is his turn' Its really a shame that indians are not able to differentiate Good from Bad :( I dont mind whether Dada is in Form or not .. but I am very clear that THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO TREAT A STRUGGLING HERO always, ParagRead More

Yes it is a Modern Day cinema completely Ripped off from CHANGING LANES ’’Ben Affleck is JOhn and Nana is Samuel Jackson’’.. watch and compare the Highway accident scene.. we have a LONG WAY TO GO.. Atleast these people should give credit to the ORIGINAL script :( and stil...l some Star Personalities dont like Bollywood name.. They say ’’We are an Independant industry and should be called INDIAN CINEMA’’ what a joke .. I think the last original was MUNNABHAI MBBS.. see even Hollywood people wanted rights for this movie .. proves Original is Original.. But I watched it for NANA PATEKAR... we have such actor .. and he has to act in a RIP OFF movie .. its a shame on Directors and Story Writers creativity.. always, ParagRead More

Hi Nik, I really enjoyed watching Sachin specially that 95 was really thoughtful innings from the MASTER.. Its lovely to see the Sachin smiling since his Innings are turning out to be a WINNER now he has Players who can carry on after him.. Earlier Sachin's Great Knocks were wasted because we... didn't had finishers.. Earlier Sachin use to come out to take Man of Match or Series with Sad face since India didnt win after so much effort from the Master :( I liked Yuvraj and Dhoni's knock in the 5th ODI .. really great .. but somehow I dont get complete confidence on Dhoni.. I will save my comments for Dhoni when he shows this same form against Australia in an AWAY Series.. But at the moment Dhoni is definately a blessing for our Team And yes KAIF is a major major upset for a long time now..nobody is talking about him always, ParagRead More
