Reviewed Pilot Honda - Mumbai

May 08, 2016 05:13 PM 12965 Views

Please avoid purchasing any 2 wheeler from this dealer – especially at Bhandup and unassumingly at Chembur too. Pilot Honda is one of the worst and pathetic 2 wheeler dealer I have ever come across since all my prior motorbike purchasing experiences. Pilot Honda is not transparent and very un...Read more

I understand your frustration... I am also a very annoying purchasing experience. Soniya Motors is only interested in fleecing customers of their hard earned money. They are big liars and keep buying time endlessly. You have to behind them and still not get any confirmation for days together. ...Please avoid this place.Read More

Rude, impolite and crap staff. They maintain a politically correct silence, don't give any commitment when it comes to delivery or an affirmative reply but are extremely prompt in taking the full payment first. They behave like they doing a big favour by selling the bike and only available for the... privileged few. I have experienced some pathetic and cold treatment from Soniya RE, Bhandup and would not recommend this dealer at all. Go at your own risk.Read More

I agree completely to every word in this review and it stands true. I have booked a Thunderbird 350 at the same dealer in the beginning of February They not only took the full amount there after - but 2 whole months have passed away and there is no dealer response or communication from their own... side or any confirmation for the delivery and registration of the bike. They are not keeping their words and are taking the customer for a ride. We have had an Electra in the past and this pathetic dealership attitude and high handedness has wowed us never ever to purchase any RE in the future. Hence we have canceled the purchase all together and regret the whole experience. It has left a very bad after taste. They still asked for another 2 weeks. And the same dealer has allotted bikes to people through influence in 2 - 3 days. Pathetic and poor customer support by Soniya. My only suggestion is there are better products altogether with better customer and after sales support. Do consider them and not go blindly for the RE.Read More

Hi anis. Sorry to know of your troubled experience with the new bike. I suspect it is manhandled by the ASC or a poor manufacturing specimen. I would still request you to wait until you complete 1000 kms run in and be gentle with your bike - it does not exceed 55 - 60 kph as the engine is still new.... It will open up and be more free revving post 2000 kms. Change to a more better ASC if possible. I have been riding the Passion Xpro since close to a year and have covered 15,000 kms and haven't faced any major troubles that would cause me hindrance. In fact I got my first puncture just recently prior to touching this figure. Pl keep this post updated because I doubt there is any major issues with the bike in general and would be due to the ASC. As for the back pain, I shifted from the Splendor to this because of back pain. I have ridden close to 400 kms continuously and did not experience much fatigue. Though I agree on lesser smooth roads the ride can be on the firmer side. Set the shock ups on the mid setting.Read More

Thank you for the wishes and apologies for the late reply. Wrt to the X Pro bike I am satisfied withs its build quality and overall reliability. Currently since purchase have completed 14,000 kms on the odo and 5 services. Service quality is satisfactory as I don't face any issues until the... next service that's due. Mileage is a consistent 64 - 68 kpl. Sometimes touches a 70. Please note if you are heavy (read above 75 kilos) or have 2 heavy pillions then choose a 125 cc as the X Pro behaves sluggish. For a single usage person or average/ thin built this suits well. Read More

I agree, my dad has the same bike from 7 years and the mileage and pick up is outright pathetic. Engine is sluggish, even my Passion Xpro is waay faster and quick. And mileage is a poor 38 kpl - 40 kpl. Shine is the best in segment.
