It is very painful on my part that dealer SONIA MOTORS located in thane west, Mumbai has made a mess of my vehicle- thunderbird 500
yesterday I got servicing done and they charged me ?3731. After that my vehicle is not starting at all . I called them up and the dealer says that it is an electrical issue no current is flowing and you need to change the PLC which costs around ?10000. This is ridiculous
Before servicing everything was fine and now all of a sudden I m facing this issue because of wrong servicing done. I m really irritated over this and I need a quick resolution over this . I m stuck in my office and they will take my vehicle whenever they will get time from their LUNCH BREAK was the statement from their side
What should I do now was it my mistake to get the service done and pay such a huge loss
I am not going to pay any money and quickly want ur intervention into this
