I am definitely surprised to hear this. I have had a lot of issues with my laptop (which was under complete cover). I had accidently broken almost every part of it. Everyting was fixed by Dell. Later also I had many more issues, but everytime, things were fixed within 24 hours of logging the complai...nt. I hope you have got your new laptop. Please let us know the outcome ... Hey guys... I have a Dell laptop. I accidently stepped on it once. The screen was crushed, the chassis and everything else inside was bent. Laptop was still working with an external display. Called up Dell. Everyting was replaced by Dell the next day, at my house( I was under complete cover). ...Another scenario: My HP laptop (Rs. 69,000) had a RAM problem and a key 'popping out' issue. Had to go all the way to a HP service center, wait in line for 1 hr for my turn. Submitted the faulty RAM. Was told that they cannot replace the keyboard (I am under complete cover). All this happened 10 days back. No news of the RAM yet. Called up HP, no progress. Emailed their customer service 'country head'. No reply. No idea how long this will take. Now, I leave this to you to figure out what would be best for you, when you plan to buy your next Laptop .. Read More

Never heard of this brand 'Nair'. I would suggest that you consult a dermatologist. I would suggest that you don't go for unheard of brands for sensitive issues like hair removal. Try an epilaptor if want to avoid chemicals.

This config cost me 56,00...0 after Tax in the U.S. The same config. (you have to choose a T5600 Processor as T7200 is not offered yet in India) in India would cost around 95,000 after Tax. So my suggestion is..if you plan to travel to U.S. ot have some one there, then try to buy your Dell there. Read More
