Strange review; have an idea the problem is with user's lack of experience using tablets? Specifics: Low video resolution -- Boss, you get what you pay for! ;-) Heating & ''feel it will blast'' -- No idea what this 'feeling' is but all devices warm after charging (esp. overcharging) Battery: C...ommon issue with any brand of iOS or Android device; they *do* consume a lot of power! Still, if you unhappy, wish you all the luck with Consumer Court! (But, as your lawyer will confirm, you may need a better case than just feeling disappointed in your choice of tablet...)
