I recently moved to Bangalore and unfortunately yes unfortunately landed in their trap. Transdaksh in 2010-11 was probably a good service provider as they were still struggling and were trying to find a place in the market. All the reviews here also which say they are good is from around that time only.
Problems with them which at least I faced and could also find in few other reviews are:
1) Extremely understaffed.
2) Never keeps the promised date - I got it delivered after three days of promised date even after continuous chasing.
3) Delivered my stuff in parts as they forgot my TV trolley etc. in their warehouse.
4) Several pieces of furniture were damaged including the glass of the dining table.
5) Very impolite and rude customer service- forget about an apology they will not even accept that these above mentioned are their fault at all. [I was (man) handled by one Mr. Prasad who seriously does not even know how to speak to someone respectfully.
And then if you want to talk to someone senior like Mr.Sahil he will not pick up your call]! Very frustrating. I think they are priced reasonably that is why many of us choose them but please be practical as these problems are far bigger than the money we save.
I suffered a lot, hope this helps you. Be wise enough to choose.
