Recently I had a pretty bad experience with Transdaksh. Never trust these guys, I shifted my house hold things from Bangalore to Pune.
Check for the below mentioned experience:
The first person to contact me was Mr.Mahajan (Owner/Partner Contact No - 9686111461 /968611146).
This person gave me hell a lot of commitments like delivery on time, goods under top care (triple layer protection and so on) .
Once we sent the material he never turned back or never attended our call. It was horrible and pathetic.
He will be saying that he has a facility of online tracking system, never believe that since it is fake. Nothing is there in their website.
If it is outstation he claimed that his sister concern Sangam will be taking care of the goods. Actual truth there is no sister concern for them, most of the local packers will dump the material with Sangam its very common.
Once the goods are booked, on the same day or the second day it will be booked with Sangam then it's in GOD's hands, no one will be responsible. It will be delivered on its own sweet time. Even if there is any damage no one will take the ownership. I got my refrigerator door got damage, no one has responded properly.
Then the customer care. The fact is there is no customer care, you will encounter with one more culprit Mahesh - 8065683068 this guy will talk nicely but nothing in action.
During the time of delivery, local labor union did not allow to deliver the material and demanding for 3000 Rs with us. when I called the customer care (Mahesh) he claimed that I have to pay from my pocket, which they are supposed to pay. Since we have payed for door to door service, more than that as a common man we are not aware of these issues. After 2 hrs, I paid Rs.1000 and deducted from the balance money.
End of the day, your material will be dumped back by Sangam, the truck driver will take the ownership and demand for the balance money, in my case the drive blackmailed me by taking the music system and demanding the balance money.
Dear friends, never believe these buggers, maybe within Bangalore they are ok but I am sure they are not fit for outstations. The money which you pay as advance is the total money for them the balance money is for the company (third party) who will deliver the materials to you.
Think 1000 times before you call or allow the representative into your house.
