They are closed around that time. I should have been wiser when they started upgrading my plan after closing existing plan. Forcibly shifted us to hdfcergo which now has closed with in 3 months. Saddest part is it was canara banks masterplan. Their name brand image and 4 plus decade relationship mad...e us trust this flyby night company which had mushroomed under irda regulatory umbrella. All that means canarabanks greed destroyed our loyalty to the bank with this scam.Read More

It is ridiculous that as soon as a negative review comes up on any business, some loyal fungus will crop up singing praises for the business. Instead pizza hut can value their brand name at something more than the cost of a pizza-about rs500 at best. Amazing how low they value themselves.

Just goes to show that a good product/brand/image can be sent to dogs by after sales handling of customer satisfaction. Great brands contracting out service to retail chain stores is another point of dissatisfaction and brand erosion.
