Horrible Claim Settlement Policy

In first six years, I never claimed an bills. So all was good.


In seventh year, I made two claims(at different times). Both were rejected out-rightly.


I complained to consumer forum, and they had to pay back the money.


So in short, if I had not complained to consumer forum, they would have not paid the money that I was rightly and legally supposed to get.


Makes you wonder what policy they have for claim settlement. According to me, they just reject all the claims. If anyone goes to higher authority and they would clear it, else not.


Not a very professional company. I would give 0/5 for their claim settlement policy.
