I would request people to re-think about buying HITACHI ACs. They have one of the worst after sales service support and call center team. If your ACs fail, then their Service Support and Call Center people also fail. Escalating to higher authorities of no use.
Call center will pick up the call if it works, then they will keep on telling the one answer that they will send someone to attend. Even though the machine is good. Their service support and call center folks are the biggest grave diggers for HITACHI brand. Pls don't invest your hard earned money and emi on this HITACHI for their useless and zero level customer service team.
I hope HITACHI change its service support team soon and improve the customer experience.
