I as a customer of thomas cook only have been a loser paying a trip which was utterly uncomfortable right from the online booking point to the end of the trip, it was just all sweeet talks n no service expirience. I deeply regret my decision to choose Thomas Cook as a travel partner . We were provided with a below average low budget hotel under the name of standard package which was just survivable . Rooms were age old n stinking n torn towels were provided etc . Transport was substandard under the peak season reason, vehicle had no hand break n two windows out of 4 were not working at all.hence suffocating inside the car .
EXTREMELY DISHEARTENED, UNHAPPY, IRRITATED,DISAPPOINTED, FRUSTATED, IT JUST MEANS FORGET THE SERVICE PART ONCE THE ENTIRE PAYMENT FOR THE TRIP IS DONE ATTITIUDE, SUFFER ALONG AS THE TOUR PROVIDED IS GIVEN,UNDER THE NAME OF GROUP TOUR, UR CONCERNS ARE JUST SWEETLY CHATTED OUT THATS ALL.
