even I experienced similar spectacular service initially. But that does not last. Every 4 weeks or so Tata broadband goes offline and then you are on tenterhooks as to when the technician will do you the honour of addressing your problem. The customer service is hopeless. The field staff lie often. ...Dammit even thier nodal officer is not reachable at times. The only thing they do promptly is to remind you to renew your connection to ensure that you are within thier clutches longer.Read More
