Carbonated soft drinks, colas, etc,. Review on Are Soft Drinks Healthy

I have seen in an news channel that the carbonated soft drinks, when consumed from a young age tend to destroy some cells(beta I think) and make a person a diabetic for sure. The channel sought to mobilise public opinion for a ban on all carbonated drinks in India.

My point is, the americans are one of the largest consumers of the available natural resources to the detriment of developing countries. The inflation, steep oil price rise, etc, are all due to the selfish and dangerous american  policies.

Theier economy is strong because it is bouyed up by a lot of useless products that the developing and third world countries can do without. coke, pepsi, mcDonalds, dominoes, pizza hut, hersheys, mars, the list is endless. That is only with regard to food products.

To begin with Indians should buy only what is essential and not all the junk that the us or other western countries have to offer.

Take the example of the japanese who rose like a pheonix from the ashes of wwII. Today the japanese consume themselves the best of thier own produce and export the rest. In india it is otherwise. The best is exported. The worst quality that is manufactured or grown is available for local consumption. goods imported and sold to indians are substandard and would not be sold by the us or european producer in thier countries.

Stop buying imported goods except those that are essential.
