Its true that with increasing customer base, Airtel Digital TV customer service is detoriorating. I wrote this review during initial phases. The review just suggests that you have been cheated by some Saak Communications and not Airtel. If you experienced all that you wrote, you must be having some personal problem with some Airtel officer. Seems they view your number through caller ID and don't want to give you a line or else you are ju...st born with such a destiny. I really feel sorry for you but Airtel Digital TV.Read More

Its amazing that my fellow has rendered airtel DTH bad for a single unjustifiable resion: bad colour combination. Wooooooooo.......Couldn't he put this issue just as CONS.
Obviously this review doesn't cover all aspects.

Some mmindchd rightly said that my review has some copied text from the promo literature, but that,s the specification part only. I'm using Airtel digital TV with optimum satisfaction. Bcoz u hav bought one, doesn’t mean u can justify the product. Ur review itself is full of odd criticism about the product, still u say Big TV is the best. What a fake. Reception isn’t alone an issue, the other more important issues are after service and support. I remind all u people that Big TV ha...s also negative reports regarding its Set Top boxes. Many of them Have been found hanging.Please read my review:

Perhaps my buddy got BIG TV installed in its initial phase of launch. Gradually, the customer service & installation process is getting worse and worse till it becomes worst. I can't comment on reception, as my request for BIG TV reception was unsuccessful(read my review).
