Same happened with me also. My all 5800 points converted into Payback without any knowledge. The value reduced by 50%. It is pure cheating from ICICI. I will not recommend the ICICI credit card to anyone. I have raised the service request also with ICICI but no help.

Hi Magna, If Govt. Gas price will increase , then same will happen with Private gas also.. Simply they will always charge approximate double of Govt Gas....
