ICICI Bank Credit Card Division has transferred my points to Payback without my consent . Such a transfer is illegal. Transfer reduces the value of my points . For every 1000 ICICI Bank Credit Card Point, Payback is offering only Rs. 250.
Earlier, I was getting 1000 Rs for 1300 Reward points.Reducing Value of point to 35% of the original.This is broad daylight robbery by ICICI and payback.in. The unilateral approach of the company is disturbing. ICICI Cheaters has unilaterally transferred all the earned points to Payback without Customers knowledge, thereby fleecing their customers. Moreover the Goods Available at payback.in are of Cheap Chinese spurious quality not worth anything; Reward points are meaningless Control your spending .
