My experience was very bad with easy cab . Usually I book other cab service but due to non availability of the cab I booked Easy cab on 1 Sep, 2011 from kodihalli, Old Airport, Bangalore to South End Circle Jaynagar. As per my previous experience the fare should come around 170 Rs.
But Driver has taken me on round and it came 250 Rs.
Driver has taken long route and when I told him that u have taken long route.
He simply said I just know this route and you need to pay the fare. I was with family and in hurry , So did not find suitable to argue more with him and I paid him 250 Rs.
I did send online customer feed back to Easy Cab, but has not received any response.
One more thing I noticed that in Easy cab meter is not on properly visible. So guys be careful while taking Easy Cab. You should be aware of the route.
