I am using GPRS of BSNL for the past 3 years.i am getting a speed of 20 to 25kbps.Even i used airtel gprs.BSNL GPRS is really fast compared to airtel

Even i completely disagree with Manisha's opinion about BSNL. I have tried all the other connections like airtel, vodafone and spice and then landed up in BSNL. I think BSNL is the best in the market. Coverage wise and call charges wise. If you take use some other connections then you will come to k...now the advantage of BSNL. Just our belief that because BSNL is govt company the service is bad and we always crib. But when you experience with other service provider then you will understand that BSNL is best in india. Please send the complaint details to the higher officials of BSNL. The email ids are available in www.bsnl.co.in website ie corporate office ids or the bsnl website of the state in which you belongs to.. They will come running behind you to solve the problem.

Like Vijay the apologies are already fed in the mind of all the airtel employees. Just as a show off they do this. Sincerely they wont be doing anything. They are money suckers. Airtel employees has a mentallity which is worst than a pawn broker.

Yes in india internet connection with 256kbps is called a broadband. One of my friend is using Airtel 799 unlimited plan ie 256kbps. But he always gets less than 50kbps speed. Private operators without increasing the bandwidth they will try to give more connection with less capacity. In india there ...is no authorities to check the quality of service. TRAI and TDSAT are just for namesake.Read More

Now during onam in kerala u have an offer to make calls to all BSNL landlines in kerala free of cost. Monthly u have to pay Rs 100. This is only with Plan 725

I had a very bad experience iwth Popular Hyundai Trivandrum. They took 6days to rectfiy a problem for my new i10.I suggest everybody not to buy from popular.They'll attract you with offers while buying the car.But after sales servcie is too bad.

What naresh told was true..try BSNL mobile..they have very good coverage..even if you are facing any problem with coverage you can complaint to any officials of BSNL..even to the MD...those emails id's are available in the bsnl site...they'll erect new BTS within 6months in your area...BSNL is publi...c organisation and any public have the rights to question them and they will be provide the solution for you..Read More

I had a very good experience with customer care.I used to make the request thru emails to the higher officials.Then u can experience that Customer is the king.They give very much importance to the customers.I had coverage problem in my area which they had rectified within 4months.No pvt operators wi...ll do even after 4 years.Read More

Ashishkala,Airtel sim card is available in airtel franchisees.Whatever airtel is providing the plans, that plans only they sell thru franchisees.The corporate connections cannot be taken thru airtel outlets or franchisees,They directly market in offices.The problems are created by Airtel not by mark...eting people.Even in my office those who have taken corporate connection from Airtel and Hutch have disconnected that and some have taken prepaid and some migrated to BSNL.Even i am a victim for Airtel.Even after paying the bill thru ECS the connection has been disconnected.That disconnection has been done while roaming where i need the mobile very much.Now i am using BSNL.I am very happy with their servcie.No billing problems and no coverage problems.Wherever you go in villages,mountains or towns u'll get the network.Why dont you try BSNL and experience the difference.Read More

U know airtel is not the biggest network in india.BSNL is the biggest network in india and then reliance.I agree that Airtel has more mobile customers than any other.B'coz india has more idiots who doesn't know to choose their service provider.
