Within 2 days of reporting in this website, your team has contacted me and sent me a senior technician from the company directl...y (and not from the agency / franchise). He was able to identify the problem at the root level and replaced the faulty parts. The machine works fine now. Thanks a lot for your intervention and resolving the issue to my satisfaction. My feedback - Eureka Forbes as a company and its product is Excellent, but their Business Partners / agency's are not upto the mark.
