My Customer code is 1008435685. I am using a Reviva RO model and on AMC for the last 4+ years. The agency / franchise to which my AMC is tied to, is probably the worst in the entire Indian sub-continent. (I live in Chennai) The so called service technicians are just a bunch of rogues and neither do they have skills to solve a simple leakage issue nor mannered.
I am having a tough time, for the last 1 month, since I first reported my problem and every time, the service technician has only made the problem go from bad to worse and all that their manager does, is only apology. I paid Rs 4130 this April 2013, for renewing the AMC and I am regretting my action. I am seriously considering to pick up the instrument and throw it down from my 4th floor apartment. EF if you are serious about your Customers, you need to wake up and cancel all the agency / franchise you have in Chennai.
Please get the service technicians trained first before they come and learn about the equipment in our houses !! They are spoiling my costly units and I am paying for their training costs, in the name of an AMC.
