I've been trying to do download video from my NV-GS15 using Windows Movie Maker. WMM just does not recognise the device. I checked up on the Net and someone had mentioned that it is not the problem with WMM, but is a short coming of NV-GS15. Does anyone have any info on this topic?

Their network is pretty good in K'nataka, though the same cannot be said of their cust service. But, I feel they are improving. They are certainly better than Hutch, Spice and BSNL in Bangalore. My experiences with the support has been mixed.
