Seemingly fraud company. Review on Ncarry

My mother placed an order for micromax funbook and class IV study material on this website. They had two options (i) pay entire amount; and (ii) pay %s. 500/-. Fortunately, I was lucky to have chosen the second option. The order was placed on 6th April. It was expected to be delivered on 13th April. After repeated mails, they came up with the excuse that there is no study material stock and will deliver in two days. I requested them to cancel the order for study material and send the funbook tablet. No response.

Once again, they failed. After calling from 5 or six different mobile numbers and after more than 200 attempts, somebody answered and confirmed that the tablet will be dispatched yesterday itself. A confirmatory email was also sent after prompted. However they failed yet again. They are not answering calls even after tens of attempts except on one occasion where they disconnected within 2 seconds without any conversation. The most hopeless company we can ever imagine. Please do not deal with this site. If you still want to deal with this apparently fraud company, pay only the part amount. The funniest part is that the order can be cancelled only within two hours of booking and that too after speaking on the phone that is never answered.
