I booked my funbook by paying entire amount on 21st April, Since that day ncarry website is showing payment received and awaiting dispatch.
Today I called up their customer care.
First question from customer care executing was: "Ask your banker if money has transferred?"
= I said your website is showing "payment received" then why are you asking this question. And I also told that my bank SMS shows transaction is complete.
Then he started giving excuses like sir product is new, it is not in stock, we will dispatch it after 2 days. After reading other reviews on mouthshut I started thinking that I am in a soup now.
Why I trusted ncarry.com? I had no option because Micromax website has a partnership with ncarry.
Interestingly I ordered nokia phone from "flipkart.com" on the 24th April, today I have it in my hand.
Why flipkart is not selling Micromax funbook.?
