Oh my God Yes, TATA is truky pathetic. I cancelled my connection within days of getting it. The TATA officials in Udaipur promised to visit to see my my signal was so poor but they stood me up. I heard nothing for days and then just foolish excuses. They rescheduled the appointment and again I was... stood up. I went to cancel the deal. The next day two young chaps came and begged me not to cancel. It was a shockingly melodramaic performance and more than enough to convice me that I was making the right decision. I have to say that Reliance are just as bad. So which telecom company IS good?Read More
