Online Shopping Experience

Hi I too had a similar experience with BAG IT TODAY it's one of the worst site.. I ordered some books with a free Numero Uno watch but to my surprise the books were DUPLICATE and the watch too was broken I can't believe INDIA TODAY group can cheat the customers like this
