I agree, even I am facing similar issue. I had placed an order on 20th December and item ordered is blanket and now winter is almost over and not received this product yet. Customer Service is pathetic. the reply i got for my complaint was after 13 days. and when i phoned customer care the number wh...ich was published in website was wrong. I have got a different number through IVR. After waiting for more than 10 mins online call got connected to a service representative. I had provided my Order Id and then representative put me on hold for more than 2 mins and once he is back he replied ''SIR, YOU HAD PLACED ORDER AND IT GOT CONFIRMED AND IT WILL BE DELIVERED''. I was informing ot him that I have not received any details after my payment and the voice repeated the Script again. I had to hear the same script again and again whenever i try to speak.
