I bought a panasonic Mobile from them to gift to my Wife, and they sold me a defective piece. I went back to them and they chenged the charger and the sim slot.
But didn't replace the whole phone. And very next day the phone's touch and Wifi stopped responding. I Requested them to change the product.
However they simply refused to help me. I gave them various options but they were not ready to listen. You guys are shifting your customers from retail stores to e commerce sites. where the products and services are much better. I lost the faith in you. Horrible. Don't buy any stuff from them.
