Hi, one fine day there was mail saying, you have won a gift which is Reebok watch. I was surprised and clicked on the link and Bag It Today website got opened. It asked all my details like email id, Mobile number. I had given all the details and try to take that gift, BUT I saw the shipping Charger Rs. 499/- which was big higher for me.
So I had not taken it. From that day I started receving mails from Bag It today showing all the offers and free gifts but I was not intersted to purchase any. In the month of December 2010 there was an offer of Reebok Blanket for Rs. 299/-. I felt that I might need that and because it was winter.
So I went ahead and placed an order and paid money using net banking. I could see a screen saying that "Kindly give us 2-3 weeks for processing your order. You will receive an email and a sms with your dispatch details soon." but never received.
I tried to check the Order History but interesting there were no orders shown over there.I was waiting for details for a week and sent a mail asking for the same on 27th December. and I was waiting for reply. I thought of calling up customer care service and dared to make a STD call from my mobile.
The number which has been mentioned in the website was wrong and IVR given me a new number. I had to use a new number and was waiting on line for more than 10 mins. At last one Representative picked my call. I had given my order Id and asked the status and he said he will place the call on hold so that he can check the details.
After 2 mins he come back and said, "SIR YOUR ORDER IS CONFIRMED AND YOU WILL RECEIVE IT"(wow! thats great my mind said to me).
Then I tried to check when did they dispatch and again same script I heard. I had to hear the same script again and again till I shut down my call. on this call I got the only information "MY ORDER IS CONFIRMED AND I WILL RECEIVE IT. After 13 days i.e on 10th of January 2011, I had received a reply saying that your order had dispatched and you should be receiving your order within next 12-15 working days.
Now every day I am trying to check the detail in Aramex and I could see only one message "Updating Shipment Status."
I hope atleast I will receive my blanket in Summer, which was ordered in Winter Great service and I promise I will never use Bag it Today to buy any Items in my Life.
