It depends on how much is the care driven. I bought a fully loaded No'04 model for 2.25, petrol version. But the car is in excellente condition with all 5 tyres being brand new. It also has ABS system and is powered by 16V engine which has lots of power. I suggest you check a brand new accent as it ...shud be on the road by 5.5 Lakhs.Read More

I face the same headache but got it the installation doen within 2 days. No issues for a month and half but my luck ran out day before yesterday when all of a sudden post midnight, all my cannels went balnka nd i got the message to subscribe to them. And i had the yearly pakcage with a full payment ...of 5000. I called them a genrated a ticket in the morning and when i called them in the evening, the ticket was closed stating the issue has been resolved. Secodn ticket generated has gotten no response so far. And now the toll free number is not working...So much for the BIG AMBANI's...Read More

Things to know before you switch from cable to DTH

Big Tv is real good in terms of the calrity and the yearly plan comes real cheap..The only hitch is their customer service i.e installation to user query resolution. I suggest all who are opting for DTH wait for a month and then check it out. I have been using it from 3 weeks and there r minor issue...s but i still feel i got a very good deal.Read More

I wud suggest you opt for the conusmer court and sue them...if you have a work order number then the are liable to install it within 48 hours..you easily get compensated for the trauma you went thru

There are issues with Big TV post installation. I have been using it since 1st Sep' and from the past couple of days for a few hours all channels reflect in black and white...and during rains the signal is lost for a few seconds...I suggest you all wait for a month or so and then check it out.

Even i faced an installation delay of 49 hours from the time of generating the work order. But now i am enjoyng the service for its quality of its transmission. It is not fair to conpare it with other players like Tata sky or DTH as both these players had the same situation when they had launched th...eir DTH services. So it will take soem tiem for Reliance to set it right.... But i stronly feel that reliance had a better oppurtunity to learn from the mistakes of tata Sky and Dish Tv and could have exceled in their Launch. You can officially go to the consumers court with your work order number as the turn around time is 48 hours post which you can officially sue them and ask for compensation.Read More

I had reveiwd a lot before opting for Big Tv. i agree to the fact that Reliance shouldnt have hurriedly launched the service as they are short of man power. However, i have compared Dish TV, Tata Sky and Big Tv and Big tv excels all its competitiors in terms of the transmission quality and the price... package..And this it the first time i have opted for a reliance product. In case the dish is installed on the terrace of you building, check if someone has moved the postiion of the same. Else the STB is faulty so you will need to get it replaced as it comes with a 1 year warranty.Read More

The ETA for installation is the only problem with Big tv..I dont think tata sky or Dish tv can even come close to the transmission quality offered by Big Tv. Even i waited for 3 days before it was installed but once done, i was amazed to see the picture quality..

i have gone thru the same issue cycle. Fortunately someone came down to my place and installed it today. And i a am extremely pleased with the quality i am seeing....Apart from the installation headache there is nothign to complain abt the product quality.

I agree to all of you regarding the installation....i bought it on 3rd..and they said they wil install it by 4th 2 pm...no one has caleld nor has anyone turned up for the installation...dunnno if i can expect anything from them..am really regretting the decision.
