I installed big tv few days ago and am repenting since then. when I saw their advertisement I was really tempted to go for it. I checked their site but it was not functional. Their customer care was not easily reachable but that is understood bcas of the hype & the traffic.
The installation was done in 2 days, but once it was installed, I started facing problem from second day onwards. The set top box refuses to work, suddenly the screen goes blank. I have to restart the set top box to view the picture again.
Their technical guy attended once but the problem still persists. Although I am still waiting for someone from their end to attend and solve this problem. I really wonder if big tv is ready for this launch. They should have postponed a lil and ensured perfection. Could have gone with Tata Sky or Dish TV, didn’t even evaluate them. Made a big mistake by opting for big tv
