Unprofessional, misleading salesmen. Review on Religare Securities Ltd (Religare)

My experience with Religare Securities:

1. They follow up very well only when they need your money i.e. to open account, to get the balance.

   
   




2. They promise they will confirm trades before executing the trades. In reality, they do this only for the first couple of times. After this, they trade on their own before any confirmation with you.

   
   




3. The Customer Relationship Advisors are a bunch of college passouts who have no idea about how to handle your money. They simply take your money, make big promises and experiment with your money.

   
   




4. Trading accounts opening kits and passwords are never available on time.

   
   




5. They make big promises about schemes, get your forms signed etc. but at least I never saw any plus in any of my account ever.

   
   




6. They execute ECS mandates(pre-signed at account opening) without your knowledge. So, if you have an account, make sure you monitor it at least twice a day personally. Do not trust the Sales rep.

   
   




7. They do not have any one monitoring what is happening to your account at the managerial level. Pretty sure the manager must have 1 yr experience or something.

   
   

I hold an account in Pune that has depleted close to zero. Regret having ever gotten associated with Religare. DO NOT ASSOCIATE WITH RELIGARE. STAY AWAY!
