New update is that though the builder has not completed many of the promised amenities and necessities, the residents were asked to form a society. Do you think that he will complete the works after that ? The community hall, gymnasium, the hose pipes in the fire extinguishers on each floor, the sec...urity cabin, shabby and unkempt lift, damaged electricity boards in the common areas, the underground parking and the list goes on. Glad that the governing body took the wise decision against forming the society. Thanks to them and appreciate the time they put in for all the residents. The residents of Ginger should list out the incomplete job so that the new customer knows what to expect from upcoming projects like vision royale and so on. One can notice that the name of Ginger is missing conspicuously from almost all the advertisements or propaganda from Siddhivinayak builders. So they too think that its not worth showcasing ! I believe that this review is useful for all who are looking for buying property developed by Siddhivinayak and Namrata developers. I urge all of you to list in the names of their properties (developed or under construction) on this post so as to warn the customers.
