My issue isn't resolved. Their regional managers says that even if I go to consumer court, no issue, as its written in policy. Even if its in policy, its illegal. Cheap & Best for a basic home office prints

Even after 2 years, its working absolutely fine. Many new models are available now. I would suggest go for a Wireless PSC if it comes under your budget. As it can be connected to your router and you can print from any devices like desktop, laptop, mobile, tabs, etc.
