Please don't buy any Glen product from Hyderabad. There is collusion between mr sandeep owner of vardhman enterprises himayatnagar and mr manoj glen person of Hyderabad. I had purchased a chimney from mr manoj 3 months back with 2 pipes for fitting.
I paid everything in advance including fitting charges. The Glen person Krishna came to my house cut down my chimney hood, telling me that this pipe cannot be fitted without cutting hood. After 2 month of continuous complaints I had one new hood from Delhi as my product was in life time warranty. They (Sandeep, Krishna) cut my dome to save one pipe for which I already paid money. Now Mr Sandeep of Vardhman enterprises is asking for more money for a new pipe.
When I told them that I had already paid the money for 2 pipes and you had fitted only one pipe last time. He is saying do whatever you can, I will neither give you pipe nor refund your money. In all these events Mr. Manoj (Glen Hyderabad) is helping Mr Sandeep and Mr Krishna rather than acting against them. Mr Manoj left my work half way and now asking for more money to complete the work (I already paid the whole money in advance).
That's the reason the complaint is forwarded against Mr Sandeep and Mr Manoj in Delhi for their wrong doing. I hope good sense prevails and some action against them will be taken by their higher authorities. Otherwise buying a Glen product from Hyderabad specially from Mr Sandeep of Vardhman enterprises is a nightmare. If I am able to withhold few to not to buy products from him that is a sufficient lesson for Mr Sandeep.
