I had placed an order on July 17th 2013. The delivery was promised by 1st Aug 2013.
First of all, 2 weeks for delivering a product itself is ridiculous. It means that they don't stock any product at their end. They place an order with the supplier only after receiving our orders. They take money in advance from us & then order it. Completely unethical.
Second, it is 14th Aug now & still my order has not been delivered. I had written to them & they responded on Aug 3rd saying it will take 3-4 more days. Still no delivery. I wrote back again & this time they did not bother to reply. Their help line number is constantly busy.
Their customer service is lousy. They don't stock products and order after getting your money. I will never shop here ever. In fact if I don't get the product or the money refund in the next 10 days I will file a case against them in the consumer court.
