Thanks for your post. I was planning to take up this subscription. But now changing my mind. Now i will use their free version. Infact there are many such websites now with no proper customer management. I was surprised to see that there is no contact telephone number. Its a totally ghost website.

After rigorous follow up, spending a lot of time and money on calling them up, they finally managed to deliver the product after almost a months delay. Assembly also was done within 72 hours although 48 hours was their taget. But i will just condone the minor delay in assembly service. It has bee...n a unpleasent experience all the way. I think they lack necessary coordination skils when it comes to ligistics and customer communication. I hope they will improve in future if they need to stay alive in this online business.Read More
