After seeing their aggressive ad campaigns on TV and other media I thought that this was a genuine company and placed an order for Double Bed. order no. 209269552 on 3.2.15 with 19-25 days delivery. No one bothered to inform about delivery and when I checked after 25 days, to my utter surprise,  the status shows that product has been  delivered. when I called up they said they escalate the query and since then I have been calling them several times and they give me same old'Escalating' reply.


This is a web portal managed by very unprofessional people.


1)  No Email was sent about the status of order ever since order was placed.


2) No one bothered to call me and find out if the product was delivered.


3) Inspite of my repeated request they did not provide me the shipping details.


4) When I forced them to provide the details over the phone they gave me details of a courier company I never heard of. Quite expectedly they could not provide me the  telephone number of the courier company.


5) They wouldn't even refund the money about Rs 14, 900


I have wasted enough time and money by calling the customercare, who everytime give you a standard BPO reply. I am tired of following up and thinking about ways to get my money refunded. I am told by my bank that the purchases are protected under credit card protection program.


What a waste of time. Please stay away from this website. Not worth spending your time and money. NEVER EVER pay them in advance. If you are compelled to buy the opt for Pay only COD terms.
