I had purchased Sunflame VENZA 60 Chimney from Snapdeal which claimed company warranty in Aug 2014.
However during first year the company refused service warranty liability saying they do not offer warranty for products sold online. How ridiculous? It was sold by one of their Autholised Dealer.
Now the chimney is not working properly.
1)There is no centralised customer care call centre . The website gives telephone numbers of some individual Service technicians who are not in a position to address the problem.
2) There is no way your can call them to seek an answer.
3) The performace iof the product very poor.
4) Quality of service depends solely on the individual service personnel they hire .
Please avoid this brand and buy brands only if your area has a service centre.
