Samsung..previously I thought that the name is enough for standard, now it is clear that it a thread cutted kite, any time it may fallen, its just hen shit. unexperienced and irresponsible boys are managing the service centres, any way after all discussion with main office, they heard and send to ou...r mobile that our problem has solved, it clearly shows that this company is in the short queue of close. I am sure that in the market now every body is talking about samsung that a ware house having waste material. How the companies are cheating the people in India. If in western countries, the company people knows that any body is unsatisfied the company representatives will come directly to homes and excused for their mistakes and they will immediately takes action not to repeat the same. But in India any thing can be managed and no one is feels responsible. If you want to see the Fish Market, don't go to fish markets, go to Samsung office, the climate may vary but the crowd is same and no management, no responsible there. Even the head office is also not responding to our complaints. So now our (Indians) duty is we must awaken by this worst situation and has to pass this present situation to all of our Indians not to buy Samsung phones or products. I want to buy only Nokia but we never to get dual sim phones, now it is heard that Nokia is also releasing dual sim phones in to market. I want to auction Samsung phone starting from Rs.2/- only (Sorry guys putting this highest price for this cheap phone).
