Recently I had visited this site for making a online flight booking as they were offering discount. After I entered the details the priced invoice was shown and I proceeded to payment page. To my surprise I found that amount they wanted to debit was higher than the amount shown in the invoice.
So I got suspicious and cancelled the payment and went back to the booking page. To my surprise I found that they were charging a booking fee and it was written somewhere in such a manner that it went completely unnoticed.
I realized that they had deliberately did not show the booking fee(which in fact nullified the discount they were offering) in the final invoice because they knew customer would not normally notice the payment amount at the time of payment.
I consider this as a deliberate move by this website to mislead the customers by conveniently camouflaging the booking fee(or convenience fee?). This is an unethical business practice. I will never visit this site again.
