In my opinion the five best movies of Aamir Khan are(not necessarily in this order)- Lagaan - as the rustic cricketer. Aamir was amazing in his lingo, his gait, his mannerisms and all the more appreciable because of the complete changeover when Dil Chahta hai was released. Two really contrast...Read more

My apologies. I did write the rvu in paras, but by the time I submitted it had logged me off. So had to do a cut paste after logging back again, so lost the format!!!!!!!!! Blame the system ;-)

I had heard some good reviews about this movie, so in spite of the fact that this was from the Ekta Kapoor stable (she has a huge stable and a really stinking one as far as the idiot box is concerned), I went ahead and watched this movie. I saw this movie expecting it to be a real disappointment. But it turned out to be quite ok. The comedy is good. The acting is ok and the humor is intact. Dont go to the movie looking for some excellent direction or great comic timing or some great acting or some fantastic movie. But if you have...Read more

I fully agree with you that we need humor in our lives and not all movies should be logical. But this movie wasnt a comedy, nor was it logical. A movie can be a fantastic comedy without going into logic, cases in point are -Andaaz apna apna, jaane bhi do yaaron, hera pheri...... This movie was tryi...ng to address the Indo-Pak issue in the background of supposedly college comedy....... how illogical can that get. Either address the issue logically and forget about comedy, or else make an outright comedy, enjoyable for everyone and forget about preaching and making statements about national issues. anycase, thanks for your feedbackRead More

I know my rating is pretty low for this movie. But believe me I had high hopes from this movie, considering that someone like Farah Khan was holding the directorial baton. Even granting that it was her maiden venture, having seasoned actors such as Shahrukh, Sush, Naseer, Kiron you still end up ...Read more
