Piyushrat you said they offered better post hospitalization, have you ever get a chance to use their services... have you made any claim... or just commenting on basis of Apollo Hospitals. Btw, I also take my policy because of Apollo and DKV but i regret my decision.

One thing like to tell you -- if you are not happy with current agent then you can ask for change in the agent code with any company but that's not possible with ApolloDKV now. Because there software's never take these things... so once any agent sell you this insurance then for a lifetime you have ...to continue with that.. may be you not happy with their services. If customer service informs you that they can change the agent code as a special case then take anything is written before going for renewal otherwise forget.Read More

Sorry to say your happiness will not continue long... because this a fraud company, i insured myself last year and met with an accident while driving the bike, but they didn't settle the claim by saying probably you are doing racing because on particular area...roads are too wide and empty for an ac...cident. But i am just going to office in the morning and claim was for just Rs.24,000 for 2 days hospitalization. And my cover is for 5 lac in Premium policy. So, you can think how good they are...?Read More

Piyushrat first you decide, calling on a callcenter is a service or issuing a policy not within the respectable time is a service? And if you are talking about the foreign player then Ageon Religare, Max New York Life, Tata AIG, ICICI Lombard, Bajaj allianz and many others all have foreign players, ...then why you are wasting time here in reading the reviews, just go with any player which partnerships with foreign player. Because of such users some bad companies also exists in india which dont know how to differentiate.Read More

It shows that avoid the mediators like insurancemall because asking extra charges for lodging and whatsoever by apollo DKV or insurancemall is wrong. If you can't deal directly then find out any broker which will take all the pain to issue the policy faster and also get's discount on premium as a co...mmission which will not possible through these mediators websites. I noticed if you deal directly then they are more interested in answering your answers. 50 days time is too much... you must ask the insurancemall to cancel this and refund the premium.Read More

AryaNisha you must check your stats, R15 dealers available in 2-3 tier cities. Secondly if you ride a 500km ridden bike then we can beleive on your review otherwise forget.. R15 engine and gear box is ultra fine and handling is superb
