Might be I am mistaken but see what happened with me.
I decided to sold my hero honda karizma regn num DL4SNA0025 part of https://0025.in
and planning to buy yamaha r15 from jinder motors saraswati vihar showroom
I went to showroom with my frnd for R-15 he had booked one 15 days earlier.
It was like a great day for us. when we left showroom we were so happy coz on roads everybody was lukng at my frnds bike. thats sumthng make u feek gud.
THATS A GREAT HEAD TURNER.
it was abt 12noon we thought lets check bike in strong conditions.
we left for murthal from rohini. what happened on highway was something slightly less then
what we expected. we were a bit disappointed with the machine only because of small 160 cc bikes frame it has.
Looks are very gud, relibility was very high coz 1 dont have to think for a brand like YAMAHA.
Bike is gud as it has rear disc n that too very affective. bike stick to road with strict braking and zig zag riding,
bike does not appeal for fast and steady drive. however seating position is average.
Might be I am mistaken but my karizma was far better then this and I realized it in first 50 kms.
max speed attained was 132km/hr on full throttle. for me 145 is a myth like I have heard karizma at 150km/hr in place of 119km/hr.
stability/ speed ratio decreases a lot comes to approx 0.4 in place of 1
however rear disc reduces the braking distance like smooth 120 to 0 was pretty gud.
but overall I was not satisfied and same day I decided that I will stay with my old girl with old luks.
M?C was good but not for 6feet tall ppl like me.
will do gud wid 5.8.
CAN see in my comments some passionate lovers of R15 giving advice to me.
Take 1 r-15 for 200 kms long run n u will come to know.
Enfeild is far more better then my karizma but that does, t mean I need to burn myself n
start shouting drive my karizma is better blah blah blah.
Don't show ur jealousy buy 1 drive it on a highway for atleast 500 kms n u dnt need to tel others
u will know what u have.
I have rated the product with 2star only for comfort rest everything is okay there's no problem at all
But dunno y it hurts some psycho lovers of R15 those new born kids have started advising me.
Ha ha ha.
This is just a review what I have for the product wid me in my mind.
but some idiotic characters take them on heart n feel like that someone has abused them
like ashras99 n others
