The Two sisters...

The Two sisters.

Sapana and Sweta were the two sisters studying in the same standard. I had joined them in same school at the age of seven in second standard. I didn't use to talk much with them because I thought they are girls! I meant,I didn't want anyone to tease me for talking with girls, so I had simply kept it avoided. During my childhood, I was a reserved type of person with lots of complexity within me. Making friends were difficult job for me, but I was good in knowing the name and I had known them by their name since I joined that school.

There was one more reason to know them. Sweta was our class topper since the very first exam I gave in that school. One of my friend said, the trend had started from Nursery itself and she never slipped even once since then. They were first two elder daughter of marwadi business man who had a decent house. When teacher used to ask us what would they like to be in their future, they used to say "Doctor.". Her sister Sapana's rank used to be in top ten rank consistently.

The invincible time in Sweta life continued till class 7 where there was the only once she had lost first rank. After class 7, she slipped but was still in top 3. Her sister also improved in studies and they were undoubtedly favorite students of teachers in many ways.

By the last year of school, we had known each other to many extent in unexpressed way. I was still the same boy who used to be away from girls but with them I had better friendship than as of other girls. They used to ask me help on complex maths problem and I used to give them answer. We had a decent board examination in class 10. They were in top 5 among 60 students. Even I entered in top ten rank with above 75 percent of marks. We all had our dream and departed from each other to achieve them. I have not met them since that time and it is almost ten years since that time.

Thanks to facebook, I got my school friends back in virtual world few years back. Few of them are doctor, engineer and few are abroad for their studies and job. I also added sapana in my friend list . I was curious to know what is going in their life. I thought they must be in their final years of their MBBS or at least Graduation College. She replied, "Sweta has a son and daughter and I also have a daughter". This means, they are already married. This means their dreams are incomplete.

Just today, Sapana had posted on her timeline. "Thanks to God for being good with us through out this life. It is our anniversary and we are a happy family" Attached there was a photo of a child, elder one is about 7 years old, the younger one 2 to 3 years old. This means they may not had even completed two years of higher secondary schooling. I was afraid to ask if they had even tried to continued their education after schooling. They were talented girls with big dreams. They might have tried but.

She must be having one more dream these days, a dream to see her own dream fulfilled through her daughter. A Dream to not to neglect her dream just because she is another daughter; unlike the two sisters.

Keep Reading, Keep fulfilling the Dreams.
