Nokia may have fizzled out in the smartphone market, but it is still one of the most talked about brands on our homepage feeds. Jokes about'non-breakability' of the phone rule internet. However, in an unbelievable turn of events, those jokes might have actually become a reality. The Nokia phone is truly indestructible.

If reports are to be believed, Nokia phone took a bullet for its owner and saved his life. Microsoft?s General Manager of Core UX for Windows Desktop, Tablet and Phone - Peter Skillman - recently took to twitter to post about how a Nokia phone, that he worked on a few years ago, saved a man's life in Afghanistan by stopping a bullet.

The handset may have been destroyed in the process, but the man must be thanking his lucky stars and his phone.

Albeit this is not the first Nokia phone to have stopped a bullet. A Nokia Lumia 520 saved the life of a Brazilian policeman by taking the bullet that was fired at him, back in 2014.

Bet there's still no phone which can do that. We may have taken huge technological leaps but still couldn't mass produce a smartphone as everlasting as Nokia. Stories will be written about Nokia's durability - as bulletproof as it gets! Beat this, iPhone, and you can have my 70000.
