I have never understood why a girl has to dress up, look pretty and almost like a robot carry a coffee tray and come in front of complete strangers who are checking her out from head to toe, let me tell you being a girl its not a thing that we girls look forward to, I wish like everything this age old tradition changes and we find an alternative..
You might think I am making a big deal of this, but let me tell you it is a big deal, especially for girls who have some kind of a weakness according to the world like if they are short,thin,fat,dark etc.. If you tell me things like this don't exist, I am sorry they do, I have seen people openly rejecting girls just because she is short or dark or fat..
Every body has a choice to get married to whom ever they like, but how right is it to go to a girl's home, raise that girl's expectations and then reject her on the basis of such idiotic reasons. Rejection hurts, we all know that. I wish this was a little painless..
OK.. lets be clear about this, its not only the girls that get rejected, guys get rejected too on the same grounds but guys don't have to walk with a coffee tray in hand and smile na? It can get extremely humiliating to say the least..
According to me every girl is beautiful and special and I only wish every one starts to see beyond all this!! tell me this, you marry some one perfect and after marriage she becomes fat, you will leave her? I mean its ridiculous to say the least..
I am one of those girls who is not so beautiful according to the world and I can connect with those girls who don't get married because of what ever reason it might be.. It hurts me, this is one of those issues which concern me a lot.. I wish we all could do something..
