Today I went to Dheeksha akka’s house with mummy. Akka’s house is very big. She told me that owner uncle does not come to her house and take money. Why does he come to our house every month?
Bruno also is there only in akka’s house. I like Bruno a lot. He don’t come to my house. Akka said that once I become a big girl I can have a dog in my house.
She has her own room. She doesn’t sleep next to Aunty. I asked her why she started laughing. Akka gave me a pen. akka said it’s ok, I can write in pen in house but not in school.
Akka even let me play games on her computer.
Aunty gave choklate , lot of choklates. I am very happy.

Dear Diary,
Preetu had come home today. I don’t know what is wrong with today’s kids. She asked me why our house is so big and if we pay rent. I didn’t know what to tell her. When I was eight I never cared if my house was small or not. I gave her a diary and a pen and told her to write whatever comes to her mind every day since she told me she got A+ in essay writing in school. Hope I did the right thing. Poor soul, doesn’t understand how it feels to be locked up in a big room all day.
