Dear Mr. Johnson, I can understand your situation. I am also going through the same situation. I lodged the complaint on 09-Jun-2014 and Today is 26-Jun-2014. Complaint still unresolved. I am extremely dissatisfied by the service provided (probably say not provided) by Hitachi CCC and Service Center.... I want to know eventually what happened to your complaint? Did you escalate this further and if so can you share the higher authority email address or phone numbers please. I am very frustrated by their service and wants to bring this to higher authority notice about what's the reality of Hitachi AC and after sales service.Read More
